At KenyaStore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to assist with the verification process.

Once approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Exchange for a similar product
  • Full refund

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, KenyaStore will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and must follow the return process.
